Varsity Q&A: Loyola QB Mike Fafaul

Loyola's Mike Fafaul cannot wait for the football season to kick off, so he can get his shot at quarterback. Last season, Fafaul backed up Connor Bruns, one of the area's top quarterbacks, and he's champing at the bit to take over the role full time beginning with Saturday's 4:30 p.m. game against DeMatha in the I-95 Classic at Towson University. The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder also plays third base for the Dons' baseball team. The senior has a 3.3 grade-point average and plans a career in business after working at Under Armour this summer.
